Return & Exchange Eligibility

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging, including all tags and labels
  • In resalable and undamaged condition
  • Complete if sold as part of a set
Important. BRAUS Fight reserves the right to refuse returns received after the 28-day period. Items not meeting the above criteria will not be approved during inspection.

Non-Eligible Returns

BRAUS Fight does not accept returns or exchanges for items showing:

  • Signs of misuse or improper washing
  • Stains, cuts, or damaged stitching
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage not caused by a manufacturing fault

Handling Fee

A $5.00 AUD handling fee per item applies to all returns This fee covers inspection, processing, and administrative costs.

The handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount, or charged prior to processing an exchange where applicable.

Resolution Options

Resolution Method Description
Original Payment Method Refund issued back to your original card or payment method.
Store Credit Added to your account and applied automatically at checkout.
Gift Card Received as a gift card code you can apply at checkout.
Exchange Swap for a different size or product, subject to stock availability.
Sale items. Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only — refunds are not available on sale items.

Return Shipping

Change of mind returns

Return shipping costs are not covered by BRAUS Fight for change-of-mind returns. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received the wrong item or a confirmed faulty product, BRAUS Fight will generate a prepaid return shipping label for you. Do not use your own shipping method in this case.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. BRAUS Fight is not responsible for items lost during transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection and approval by our returns team. Please allow 3–5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for processing. Refund transfer times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
